1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked & sliced
1/2 c. sliced green onions (with tops)
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
1 1/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
12 eggs
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Layer sausage, mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes and cheese in greased baking dish 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Beat remaining ingredients; pour over sausage mixture. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until golden brown and set, 30 minutes. Cut into twelve 3 inch squares.
