1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked & drained
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. sliced green onions, with tops
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
12 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. oregano salt & pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese. Beat the remaining ingredients; pour over ingredients in baking dish. Bake until golden brown and set, about 30 minutes. Serves 12.
