WEIGHT WATCHERS QUICHE 
4 oz. grated cheese
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
4 beaten eggs
1 c. skim milk
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chipped spinach or broccoli, cooked & drained or 1/2 lb. ground turkey, cooked & drained, chopped fine or 1/2 c. broccoli & 1/2 lb. turkey sausage, cooked & drained & chopped fine

Combine cheese, flour, eggs and milk. Add one of the combinations above. Add any of the following optional ingredients too: 1 cup fresh or 1 small can mushrooms; 2 teaspoons oregano; 1/4 each green peppers or onions, chopped; 1 tablespoon parsley and flakes; onion salt or garlic salt. Mix together well. Pour into 10" pie plate sprayed with Pam. Set on cookie sheet for easy handling. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Cut into 4 equal portions.

I made this years ago and loved it! I lost the recipe and was very happy to find it! This is great for a brunch, made with broccoli, onion, & bell pepper. with side dishes of turkey bacon and melon. Great if you are into "low calorie" cooking and the "non" dieter like it also!! The quiche usually "sets" in less cooking time.
