KELLY'S BEST SWEET & SOUR RIBS 
1 full rack of ribs
garlic and onion powder

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place ribs on a large baking sheet. Season with garlic and onion powder. Brown ribs in oven for 45 minutes.

While ribs are in oven, prepare sauce.

RIB SAUCE:

2 cups ketchup (Hunts)
1 cup water
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

In a saucepan add ketchup, water, vinegar, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and stir well.

Once the 45 minutes are up, pour boiled sauce over ribs on baking sheet. Turn oven down to 325°F and continue to bake ribs for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve and enjoy!

Also, the sauce tastes really good on some mashed potatoes.
