SHORT RIBS WITH SWEET & SOUR
SAUCE
 
3-4 lbs. short ribs
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. chili powder

Season short ribs with salt and pepper; bake in 400 degree oven until done. Mix the last 8 ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Dip cooked ribs in sauce and return to oven for 5 minutes. Note: The remaining sauce can be refrigerated for later use.
