BARBECUE BEEF RIBS 
Perfectly tender ribs every time!

4 lb. beef ribs
Lawry's seasoning salt
red cooking wine
chopped onion
chopped green pepper
ground black pepper
garlic powder
Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce

Season beef ribs with seasoning salt (only). Set aside.

In large pot, filled with water bring to a boil. Add a little wine, onion, green pepper and garlic powder (into the boiling water). Boil beef ribs for 1 to 3 hours depending on how tender you want them.

Once tender, remove meat from pot, place in baking dish. Cover with barbecue sauce and bake at 350°F, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
