SWEET AND SOUR SHORT RIBS 
1 1/4 c. beef stock
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. short ribs
Garnish - green onions

In saucepan, combine beef stock, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring for about 2 minutes or until mixture has thickened. Stir in onion, garlic, honey and pepper. Place ribs in small casserole. Pour sauce over.

Cover and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer. Garnish with green onions and serve with sauce. Makes 4 servings.
