SWEET AND SOUR RIBS 
1 lb. ribs
1 bottle ketchup (Hunts)
1 tsp. vinegar
2 cups brown sugar
pinch of garlic powder

Boil ribs for approximately one and a half hours.

Mix all other ingredients together in bowl.

Drain ribs, put into a roaster and cover with sauce.

Bake at 300°F for approx one and a half hours.

Serve.

Very tender and sweet ribs.

I only boil mine for about 1 1/2 minutes (until the ribs turn colour), then add the sauce to them & let them marinate for a few hours or overnight. Then bake as directed. Absolutely the best sweet & sour recipe and I've tried several !!
