MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef (Chuck)
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Bake on a rack at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 2 servings.
