SHRIMP MOLD (DIP) 
1 can cream of shrimp soup
2 cans shrimp or 2 c. boiled fresh shrimp
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 tbsp. Knox gelatin
1 c. mayonnaise

Bring soup to a boil. Add softened cream cheese. Dissolve gelatin in a little water. Mix everything together, blending well. Pour in mold to congeal.
