ITALIAN VEGETABLES AND CHEESE 
1/2 lb. broccoli
2 carrots, sliced
1 yellow squash, sliced
1 sweet potatoes, cooked and sliced and peeled
1 sm. onion, sliced
Spaghetti sauce
8 oz. sliced Mozzarella
Cooked pasta

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Clean and cut broccoli into floweretts. Lightly steam broccoli, carrots, squash and onion.

Arrange vegetables on baking dish and cover with sauce and then cheese. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts is lightly brown on top. Serve with side of pasta covered with sauce.
