RUSSIAN TEA CAKES | |
1 c. shortening (3/4 butter) 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. water 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour, sifted 1 c. pecans or walnuts, finely chopped Cream butter and sugar. Stir in the other ingredients. Roll into balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Then roll the balls in powdered sugar. |
