YELLOW GOOSENECK SQUASH
CASSEROLE
 
1 qt. squash
1 med. onion (steam onion and squash a few min.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
salt, pepper, butter to taste
4 to 6 oz. sour cream

Mix prepared squash, onion with mixture of corn, sour cream and salt, pepper and melted butter.

1 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. stuffing mix

Mix together. Place half stuffing mixture on bottom of casserole dish, pour in squash mixture and top with remaining stuffing mixture, Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave on high 12 to 15 min.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
