YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. sliced yellow squash 3 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 c. shredded cheese 1 1/2 c. scalded milk 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt Cook squash in a little salted water until tender. Drain well. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over squash in a buttered pan. Place pan in another pan of water and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until done. |
