GLAZED BAKED HAM 
1 whole smoked ham (with bone)
1 jar plum preserves
1 jar currant jelly
6 tbsp. brown sugar
6 tbsp. white vinegar
4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 c. currants
Couple dashes of Tabasco sauce
Whole cloves

Place ham in deep baking pan. Mix all ingredients (except cloves) together and pour over ham. Make X's on ham and stick cloves randomly into top of ham. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees (approximately 15 minutes per pound). Uncover ham for last hour of baking time. Basting frequently and check so sauce doesn't burn. (When uncovered, sauce on ham will become dark and sticky.
