RUTH'S CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
4 sq. chocolate, melted
1/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time alternate dry ingredients with milk. Add melted chocolate last. Put in 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost with seven minute frosting. Can be baked in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
