MACARONI SALAD 
1 box macaroni salad rings (7 oz. Creamette brand)
7 hard boiled eggs (cut up quite sm.)
1 1/2 c. celery (cut up fine)
1 1/2 c. pickles (cut up fine, Vlasic sweet butter chips)
1 med. onion (cut up fine, I use red onion)
3 slices cheese (diced fine, Velveeta)

When I cook the macaroni I put salt and a couple of tablespoons of cooking oil in the water. When the macaroni is done, rinse with cold water and drain.

DRESSING:

3 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sugar (or a little more suit to your taste)
2 tsp. mustard (Frenchs yellow)
2 tbsp. juice from the pickles
A little salt

Mix dressing, adding a little milk until it is smooth and creamy. Then add all of the above ingredients to the cool macaroni and mix well. Refrigerate and is best when allowed to sit for awhile.
