CLAUDETTE GILBERT'S MACARONI SALAD | |
8 oz. elbow macaroni, shell or ring 16 oz. can peas, drained 2-3 lg. celery stalks, cut bite size 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Albacore tuna (in water), drained well 1 c. cubed American or Colby cheese (opt.) Miracle Whip (lite is okay) Cook macaroni as directed on package. Rinse in cold water; drain. Flaked chunk tuna Add all ingredients, carefully fold in Miracle Whip to coat well. Refrigerate, overnight is best. Miracle Whip is absorbed, add more to moisten before serving. Garnish with ripe olives, or cut ripe olives and add to salad. |
