RONNIE'S CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder

ICING:

1 stick butter
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

Melt 1 stick butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1 cup water in pan. In bowl mix 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup sour cream. Add chocolate mixture. Bake in cookie sheet with sides at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely before icing.

FOR ICING: Melt 1 stick butter, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 3 tablespoons milk. In bowl add 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and the chocolate mixture. Cake tastes great even if you freeze it first.
