2 pkgs. Oreo cookies
1 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 c. warm chocolate fudge
1 container Cool Whip

Take large casserole dish and crush Oreo cookies to place on bottom and sides of dish (save some crushed Oreos for top). Let ice cream get somewhat soft and spread over cookie crumbs.
