HUNGARIAN COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. chopped nuts

Mix together topping ingredients. Mix oil and sugar well. Add egg. Combine baking powder, flour and pinch of salt. Mix baking soda with sour cream - then alternate flour and sour cream with first 3 ingredients. Add vanilla. Pour 1/2 of the batter in 13 1/2 x 9 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with topping. Add rest of batter and topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
