ANN CHAMBER'S QUICK SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) frozen Oriental vegetable mix 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced 1 pkg. Ranch Salad Dressing mix 2 tbsp. mayonnaise Thaw vegetable mix in serving bowl for about 1 1/2 hours, just prior to serving. Mix in water chestnuts. Sprinkle DRY Ranch Dressing mix over all. Toss with mayonnaise and serve. NOTE: All ingredients can be kept on hand for unexpected guests. Serves 4 to 6. |
