COFFEE CREAM PIE 
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. strong coffee
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. butter
1 Brazil nut shell
1 recipe meringue

Mix flour, salt, and sugar thoroughly. Add coffee and milk. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir slowly into beaten egg yolks and cool 1 minute longer. Add butter. Cool filling and pour into pie shell. Top with meringue and brown.
