COFFEE SUNDAE PIE 
18 Oreos, crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 qt. coffee ice cream

After crushing Oreos to a fine crumb, mix with melted butter and press around the sides and bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. Chill.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and stir in sugar and butter. Slowly add the milk. Cook over water until thickened and smooth. Chill.

Fill pie shell with ice cream and spread chocolate mixture over top. Freeze. Serve topped with whipped cream and walnuts. Can use peppermint stick ice cream at Christmas.
