EASY YUMMY COFFEE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3 beaten eggs
1 can apple pie filling, or your favorite

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/3 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Cake: Mix all ingredients and pour into greased and floured cake pan (13x9x2-inch or a 9 or 10-inch round).

Mix crumb topping ingredients, cutting in well with pastry blender. Crumble over batter.

Bake at 325°F about 45 minutes.
