SCALLOPED CORN 
2 c. canned corn
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 eggs
3 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. crackers, crumbled

Place corn in greased casserole. Mix in crumbs. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, pepper and butter. Pour over corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
