SPEEDY SCALLOPED CORN 
3 1/2 c. cream style corn (2-17 oz. cans)
1 1/2 c. coarsely broken cracker crumbs
1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Combine corn, crackers, crumbs, milk, egg, instant onions, salt, and pepper. Butter 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish, sprinkle top with paprika. Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set firm. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
