SCALLOPED CORN 
2 c. cooked or canned corn, drained
1 c. milk
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. minced onion

Beat the eggs and add milk and crumbs. Add the corn, onion and seasoning and melted butter. Mix together well and pour in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
