MICROWAVE SCALLOPED CORN 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream corn
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 c. crushed crackers

Place egg in 1/2 quart casserole and beat well with fork. Beat in corn and then add crackers and beat more. Add other ingredients. Microwave on medium high for 7 minutes. Stir well. Sprinkle with paprika. Microwave on medium high for 8-10 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
