MICROWAVE CORN PUDDING 
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
3/4 c. crushed crackers
2 tbsp. butter, cut in pieces
Paprika (optional)

Place egg in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and beat well with fork. Stir in milk, sugar, corn, crackers and butter. Microwave at medium high (7) for 7 minutes and stir well. Sprinkle with paprika if so desired. Microwave at medium-high (7) for 11 to 14 minutes. When done, center will be barely set. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
