MICROWAVE CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 c. sour cream

Step 1: Microwave the butter on high for 45-60 seconds, until melted. Mix in crackers, set aside.

Step 2: Combine remaining ingredients in 3 quart casserole; cover. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir; sprinkle with cracker mixture.

Step 3: Microwave 9-10 minutes on high or until hot (160 degrees). Let stand a few minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
