MICROWAVE CORN SOUFFLE 
2 eggs
5 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can (16 oz.) cream style corn
1 c. light cream

Lightly butter 1 quart glass baking dish. Beat first 5 ingredients until well mixed. Beat in cream and corn. Pour into prepared dish.

Microwave uncovered on high for 7 minutes. Stir working from outside rim of dish. Cook additional 7 minutes or until almost set in center. Cover tightly and let stand 5 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
