BAKED TACO SALAD 
8 oz. Frito's, crushed coarse
15 oz. can chili (meat and beans)
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 med. head lettuce (shredded)
1 lg. tomato (diced)
1 med. onion (diced)
1/2 c. sliced black olives
Taco sauce

Place Fritos in 9x9 inch ungreased baking pan. Warm chili so to blend evenly. Pour over Fritos. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over chili. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes to melt cheese to a light color (do not brown cheese).

While hot spread sour cream. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, black olives and the remainder of cheese. Cut into squares. Taco sauce to taste or optional.
