CORN SCALLOP 
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. corn muffin mix (7 1/2 oz.)
2 eggs, beaten slightly

Do not drain corn. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Puffs up and gets a crusty top.
