GOLDEN SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 box corn bread mix
2 eggs at room temperature
1 stick butter at room temperature
Salt and pepper, a pinch

In large bowl combine both cans of corn and sour cream. Mix well; then add 2 eggs and mix well. Slowly stir in your stick of butter. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Casserole will turn golden brown and is great with holiday dishes.
