SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole corn with juice
1 box complete corn bread mix
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped peppers
4 oz. sour cream

Saute peppers in butter. Combine corn, dry corn bread mix and sour cream with peppers. Bake in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
