SCALLOPED CORN 
2 c. cream style corn
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. minced onion or flakes
1/2 c. milk

Beat eggs and add milk and crumbs. Add corn, onion, seasonings and melted butter. Mix together. Pour in greased casserole. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
