EASY PRALINES 
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding, not instant
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. pecans

Mix all ingredients, except pecans. Cook, stirring over low heat until sugar dissolves. Add pecans, continue cooking 3-5 minutes, or until firm ball stage is reached. Beat until shiny. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper - working fast.
