EASY - DO PRALINES 
1 c. brown sugar
1 box butterscotch pudding mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. canned milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. pecans

Combine ingredients except pecans. Cook slowly until dissolved. Add pecans and cook slowly until soft ball stage 235-240 degrees. Remove from heat, beat until thickens. Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper.
