EASY PRALINE COOKIES | |
18 whole graham crackers 2 sticks butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. pecans, chopped fine Line bottom of cookie sheet with foil, to ease removal of cookies. Then place graham crackers in pan. In saucepan melt butter and stir in brown sugar at medium heat, stirring constantly, boil 2 minutes. Watch carefully, it will burn. Add pecans and pour sauce over crackers as evenly as possible. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven and allow to cool slightly before cutting. Each cracker should be cut in half or fourths or bite size. Whatever size you want. |
