EASY PRALINES 
1 sm. pkg. butterscotch or vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. pecans (or more if desired)

Combine all ingredients except pecans and cook on low heat until the sugar is dissolved. Then boil until the soft ball stage is reached. Add pecans. Stir until it begins to harden. This candy hardens fast, so quickly drop by spoonfuls on a greased surface on waxed paper. Yields: 48.
