EASY PRALINES 
12 lg. marshmallows
2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients in a large heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat until marshmallows and sugar dissolve. Continue cooking for 25 minutes or until hard ball stage, stirring frequently. Turn out on waxed paper by spoonfuls. Cool completely. Yield: approximately 25.
