2 c. powdered sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1/4 c. light brown sugar 1/4 c. butter 1 c. pecan halves 1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients but vanilla. Bring to boil. Cook to 238 degrees on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir until thickens. Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper. |
