EASY PRALINE COOKIES 
1 egg white
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecan halves
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Stir brown sugar into egg white and add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheet. Allow 2-3 pecan halves per cookie. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool cookies on sheet, then tap cookie sheet on counter top and they should slip off easily. Makes 6 dozen.
