LATTICE - TOP CHICKEN BAKE 
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 c. (10 oz.) chopped chicken (3 breasts)
1 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots, thawed & drained
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. Durkee seasoned salt
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onions
1 egg, slightly beaten

Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetable 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions. Spread mixture into a greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile combine Bisquick mix, egg and milk to form a soft dough. Spoon over hot chicken mixture to form a lattice design. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until Bisquick is golden. Top lattice with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts and onions are lightly browned. Serves 6-8. (One and one half recipes fill a 9 x 13 inch dish.)
