MIXED VEGGIE SALAD 
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar or 16 packets Sweet 'n Low
1/4 c. oil

Bring to a boil and cool. 1 can french green beans, drained 1 can tiny peas (fresh or frozen) drained 1/3 jar diced pimento 1 c. chopped celery 1/3 c. green pepper 1 med. chopped onion

Pour vinegar mixture over and set for 2 hours or overnight.
