TOSSED VEGGIE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower (5/6 c.), cut into sm. bite-size pieces
1 head broccoli (5/6 c.), cut into sm. bite-size pieces
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix and set aside.

Fry and crumble. Set aside.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

When ready to serve, toss all in a large bowl.
