VEGGIE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
1 head broccoli, broken into flowerets
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. baby frozen peas, thawed
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and drained
3 tsp. chopped green onion tops
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced

Mix all ingredients and chill.

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. finely chopped white onion

Combine ingredients and pour over vegetables one hour before serving.
