“LOW-CAL GLAZED CITRUS LOAF” IS IN:

LOW-CAL GLAZED CITRUS LOAF 
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup "I can't believe it's not butter" spread or baking stick
3/4 cup butter milk
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 tbsp. EACH, grated orange and lemon zest
2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. orange zest

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Coat an 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" loaf pan with cooking spray. Dust with flour.

In a bowl, combine flours, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Mix with mixer on medium-high speed.

In a separate bowl, beat together sugar and butter spread, beating until blended. Add buttermilk and Egg Beaters and beat until smooth.

Add sugar and butter mixture to the flour mixture, beating until just combined. Stir in orange and lemon zests.

Transfer batter to pan.

Bake in a preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes. Remove loaf from pan to plate. Cool completely.

In a small bowl, stir 1 tablespoon warm water into confectioners' sugar, add zest, stir until smooth. Top loaf with glaze. Sprinkle the top of loaf with a small amount of orange zest.
