LOW CAL OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
10 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 tbsp. fresh parsley
3/4 c. low calorie Italian dressing
Melted butter

Combine the bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, pepper and parsley. Dip the chicken in the Italian salad dressing and then roll in the bread crumbs. Place the chicken in a baking dish that has been coated with vegetable cooking spray. Brush lightly with butter. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.

Love this recipe and have been using it since I came across it a couple years ago! Very tender, juicy, flavorful, and quick and easy to prepare! I usually crush up crackers since I have those on hand instead of bread crumbs, but it comes out just as yummy! :)
